Sat Nav gives directions to the correct road but the post code centres on an address further towards the village – follow tourist brown signs to find us once on the B2099.
Getting to the Gardens by Public Transport
Etchingham and Wadhurst are the nearest train stations to Pashley – they are both about an hour journey from London Charing Cross/London Bridge. Taxis can be taken from either station, both approximately 5 miles away – Etchingham and Wadhurst are both small country stations so a taxi would need to be pre-booked, both from the station to the gardens and back again.
There is no bus that comes directly to or past Pashley. There is a bus that meets some of the trains that come into Wadhurst station and this runs to Ticehurst village (although Pashley is in Ticehurst it is about a mile and a half walk from the village centre, which is the nearest the bus stop, along a 60mph road with no footpath, so walking is not recommended).
