Tulip Update 28th April
Still lots of colour in the gardens and later varieties of tulips looking good, and the wisteria and the bluebell walk are in bloom too. We have had heavy rain yesterday and overnight though so the earlier and mid season varieties of tulips, which were fully open, have taken a bashing and it has finished some of them off.
We are open today (Sunday) and tomorrow and every day through to Bank Holiday Monday 6th May for the Tulip Festival – Bloms Bulbs are here with a marquee full of cut tulips as well, giving advice and taking bulb orders.
