August Bank Holiday weekend will once again see the return of the The Sussex Guild Craft Show to Pashley Manor – a fantastic selection of high quality crafts, the summer borders in full bloom and a special entry price combine to make this an ideal time to visit this garden on the border of Sussex and Kent.
The Sussex Guild, a group of skilled designer makers living in Sussex and the adjoining counties, will be showing exciting new crafts this year at their twenty-third show held at Pashley.
Each applicant to The Sussex Guild has to undergo a rigorous selection procedure so their work is of the highest standard; around thirty-five Sussex Guild members will be exhibiting at the show. Many of the pieces would make ideal gifts or decorative accessories around the home or for use in the garden.
Visitors will have the opportunity to talk to craftspeople about their work and buy crafts, and, of course, enjoy the riot of late summer colour in Pashley’s 11 acre gardens, savour cakes, scones and light lunches in the café and browse Pashley’s well stocked Gift Shop.
