Garden Room Café
Pashley prides itself on its delicious, homemade and locally sourced food.
As well as coming to see the beautiful gardens visitors should ‘allow time to sample the fabulous homemade food and warm hospitality at arguably the best garden café in the county, much of which is sourced from the abundant kitchen garden’ (Leigh Clapp in ‘Sussex Life’ Magazine).
In the licensed café staff will be happy to help you to a selection of lunches from the buffet:
Meals are served ploughman’s lunch style with salads, from the garden when in season, and freshly baked bread, finished with homemade chutney and salad dressing, mustards and mayonnaise.
If you fancy something lighter there are homemade fruit or cheese scones, a large selection of delicious cakes and locally made ice-creams as well as coffee, teas, soft drinks, fine wines and local beers. Click on the Menu link to see all the choices.
You can enjoy your food on the terrace overlooking the moat, in the shade on the courtyard or inside the Garden Room Café – where the walls are decorated with local artists’ work throughout the season.
The Café is within the gardens and is exclusively for use of garden visitors. It is not open to those without a garden entry ticket.
Events and Parties
Marquee Events
Pashley is a stunning venue which allows you the freedom to choose and organise your own preferred caterers, suppliers and marquee company so your event can be tailor-made to create your ideal celebration.
The Award winning 11 acre gardens provide an idyllic backdrop and a beautiful setting for you and your guests to relax and enjoy your day.
Daytime/early evening wedding receptions, functions or parties may be held at Pashley Manor Gardens in a specially erected marquee in Park Field, immediately in front of the house with breathtaking vistas across the undulating Sussex countryside.

Pashley Hospitality
Pashley is a great place to celebrate special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries, or, as a tranquil venue to entertain clients, hold a training course or launch a new product.
You and your guests will enjoy exclusive use of the beautiful 11 acre gardens for the day. In addition, catering can be organised to suit your needs.
For instance, in fine weather you and your guests can enjoy a drink on the terrace and then a delicious buffet lunch in the Garden Room, or you could have warming coffee and tea on arrival and a traditional homemade lunch.
Parties, functions and corporate events may be held in the Garden Room Café for a minimum of 30 to approximately 80 people, depending on the style of catering required. From April to September we are open to the public so exclusive use of the room and gardens is only available on Mondays, or any weekday during October and March.
Pashley is peacefully located on the B2099 with easy access from the nearby A21. There is ample parking on site and a coach park if required.

Gift Shop
In January 2009 we embarked on the construction of the new building you see at the bottom of the drive, which is now our reception and shop. This fine timber framed building with its handsome clock tower is made of green oak with cedar weather boarding and roofed with hand made local tiles.
All the construction was carried out by local craftsmen. The result is a pleasant building purpose made for the job.
In 2010 this building won the Sussex Heritage Trust Commercial Award – an accolade which recognises and rewards conservation, restoration and good design of new builds, as well as encouraging the use of traditional skills and crafts.
From postcards, a wonderful selection of greetings cards and local honey or homemade chutney, to traditional hand-painted ceramics, superb quality toiletries and tapestry cushions, the Gift Shop caters for every taste.
Gift Shopping for Christmas
Pashley’s Gift Shop will be open for Christmas shopping from Thursday 21st November every day up to and including Wednesday 4th December 2023.
As usual the shop will be packed with a wide selection of high quality gifts and cards as well as special Christmas stock for the festive season – so, if you are looking for present ideas, or something for yourself or your home, do come and visit. (Please note the gardens and café will not be open at this time).

Gift Vouchers
These can be purchased in values of £5 and £10 for use in the Café or Shop, or a £14.50 – £15.50 voucher provides entrance for one to the gardens. These are sold in the shop or please call 01580 200888 or email info@pashleymanorgardens.com.
